So, the guys i got growin now are mids... but it was pretty good mid, lots of tiny red hairs, when it broke apart, smelt like mid, but you could smell a faint kush aroma... and since this was my frist attempt, i didn't want to use good seeds anyway.
planted these seeds in tin cans, dirt from my flower garden area, that isn't anymore, and tap water. these guys look strong so far.. and i'm sort of winging on the idea that i want to try to grow them normally, without any ph or temp monitoring, just sort of on a whim.. i know that this isn't a great idea, however i want to know if it's even worth it? i'm really growing for the experience and learn good techniques to use later on, i sort of think that you should know your plant rather than ask it for information.
Let me know what you think, or if anyone has done it this way.
Couple things i think i know:
-They will produce a much lower yeild if i'm not keeping ph,temp, potassium, other nutrients at a perfect level, so i understand i could be sacrificing a good 30 grams from each plant.
-They could get sick, then id need to do health management using the meters and solutions as my source, so in the end, using them anyway...
