How often do you give nutes FF soil

I have only given Fox Farms the liq trio and the powder trio once a week in my soil then used reg water the rest of the week but I seen that it recommends twice a week. That just seems like waaaay too much. Anyone water this way?

Only put fluids on when the plant is dry. Since you’re using liquid nutes you need to run some extra fluids through to wash wastes from the root zone. I fert then wait for the plant to get light, then put water through them. Then I fert, then water. Lots of folks fert, water, water, but it depends on how the plants look and how strong the ferts are.
I basically only put fluids on my soilless plants once a week when they get dry. Fert one week, water the next, ideally anyway.
