How often to ammend FFOF

Ok I am growing in straight Fox Farms Ocean Forest, 5gal fabric bag.

I flipped to 12/12 at day 45 & did a top dressing then (exactly sixteen days ago) --> 4 tbsp of Dr. EARTH 4-6-3 & 3 handfuls of fresh Ocean Forest. Then once a week I am giving 1tbsp of GS Plants Fish & Kelp.

I realize it takes 2 weeks for that top dressing to be available. So assuming I have 8 weeks of flower left, when should I do my next top dress?

P.S.
Any issues seen here? This is my first grow where I made it to flower, so any tips appreciated! Thanks!

Looks good. Maybe another 1/4 cup in a week or 2. I'd watch them the next week and see what they look like. Looks like it might have a little K deficiency with the yellow edges and burnt tips and edges. What's your water like? Too much Ca or Mg will make K less available. Maybe leave out the Fish and Kelp for a bit and make sure that's not making it worse.

Ah man the water is 8.5+ph gross & expensive tap water. I use 33+ drops ph down per gallon. I suspect its loaded with minerals. When i evaporate it in a hot frying pan theres quite a bit of white residue left. Never let private companies run your municipal tap.

I think I'll take your advice & skip the fish/kelp. Anything else you suggest?

Sounds like your water might be part of the culprit and not the fish/kelp necessarily. It's probably loaded with Ca and stuff. What pH down are you using? That can lower the soil pH too slowly.

General Hydroponics ph down. I always check the ph with that liquid test drop kit before watering & get it at around 6.5.

I once tried to adjust the ph of 8.4 tap water in soil and had nothing but problems. I found a lighter soil mix and more compost/nutrient teas with the straight tap things went smoothly. I'd also dilute with any dehumidifier water.

I see FFOF having initially burnt and now lacking. When I used I top dressed at week 5. I used Coast of Maine Lobster Kelp fert. I also cut the FF by 1/3 with perlite and coco coire.

No need to adjust PH. Tap under 9 is fine.

I top dress with FFOF every 2-3 weeks and start by moistening the soil with a hand pumped spray mister to start soak-in, give it a little time then water as usual. This is after the first initial top dress which I perform at week 4 from sprouting.

I couldn't deal with pumping all the time. I just turn down the valve on my pump and hose to water more slowly. Yucca or any wetting agent can help moisten it too.

I'm right there with you, early onset of 'Arthur Ritas' has me heading down that same path.
$10 pump, $10 or less in tubing, and a cheap ball valve for $2, and you've got an electronic watering system. Oh and a $3 Home Depot bucket, :bigjoint:

I even made gallon marks on the bucket with a Sharpie so I know how much water is in it just by looking.
