How Open You Are About Weed

friends know. family would trip for real if they knew but living 950 miles from home sorta makes that a moot point.

Some people have a way with birds. I do not. My bird has bitten me viciously and scares me daily. I deal with him because I have to do so, I don't want to. I went crying to Vette awhile back about this, it sucks.
If Dave wants an Umbrella Cockatoo...hint hint....I have one:)

*will stop jacking thread now, backing out of room*
I am NOT a bird person. But, cockatoos, the big white or sulphur-crested, for some reason have always been very gentle with me (unlike, say, motherfucker African greys). My husband, on the other hand...? Let's put it this way, when we were first dating we went into a pet shop that specialized in psittacines. They had all sorts, including many Aussie birds. Each and every fucking bird practically crawled out of its own God damned skin to get to him! He just looks at them and makes a little clucking noise and holds his hand out and they are all his. For life. WTF? Why is that?

I'm a dog person, though I do want some chickens and a rooster. :)

More open than I probably should be. But then again, I'm not a good secretive individual. Well fuck, my Mother and wife know, everyone including my neighbors know. Shit the feds and state probably know. Hey who's that ringing my bell? Why the helicopters? Shit! AAAHhhhhhhh....

I personally am very open about my smoking. My parents know I've smoked before too and know I've had a couple grows (which were both ended by them), but I usually like to make it known that I smoke so i can ''weed'' out the people in my life that look down upon it. Except family of course.

only people I give a fuck about knowing i smoke is the office and fitty. and f those mf'ers, i don't want them to even know my name, let alone that i smoke. i suppose my bob marley shirt with a big ass chronic leaf isn't that discreet tho. maybe i ditch it now that I started my grow lol. ftw!

Well im only 18 years old and ive been smoking for a few yrs now my parents know ive smoked a few times before but they dont know that weed is a every day thing in my life. Other then my parents all my cousins smoke mostly and know i smoke. Friends/random people im more open about because its just so convenient how so many people smoke you can just meet someone on the street and toke a blunt with them to give you something to do on a wednesday night. So how open are you with your weed?
everyone knows i smoke even my landlord. but as far as work (when i do) i keep my mouth shut, along with the docs. though my chicks parents, well her dad has a clue and her mom doesnt. her brother i think so, he made a reference to detox(joking) of a friend then came by and sniffed me

I'm not ashamed about my medical use of marijuana. But, I also don't go out of my way to discuss my usage or my grow with them.

I was a Supervisor for 3x years @ this security company, Every time I would be training a new hired employee, I would always ask "Do you smoke" all nonchalant. Many would assume I was speaking of cigs, "No, Marijuana."

Funny to read people when asked that question straight up by another employee, younger people tend to look confused as if it is a test, unsure on if they should lie or not.. Older people are kinda easier to figure out, normally those who truly did not smoke did not hesitate to say No & did not think anything of the question.. the oldtimer smokers always took a second to think before saying no, or when they said no you can tell they kept thinking about the question a short while after w/ an awkward silence.

I always broke the ice by telling people it's ok, if our company drug tested they would lose 70% of their employees.

it is always weird how to say no and how long to pause before saying it. sometimes it is a dead give away. i can work stoned or high. i just dont want my boss making a reference to it, makes it awkward, not knowing good or bad.

i had a shirt but i did the stupid thing and cut it into a patch. it was so large it had no space on a jacket, plus the material is so thin it just bunched. wasted 20 dollars

there is not a person i know who doesn't know i smoke, besides a few coworkers. i don't flaunt it, it just always comes up for some reason.

the good thing about living around here is that no one would ever suspect i was growing the stuff. they just think i "spend too much money" on it and have good connects.

i see no reason not to be open about it unless the person to whom i am speaking has the ability to influence my finances or freedom.
