How should i count this?

How do we count flowering? Is it day one is when pistils are seen or is it day one when you start 12/12

Up for debate. Personally I think it should be from the time you see pistils, it is flowering at that point.

I count it from day 1 as preflowers are already showing. Some breeders count it this way some breeders count it another way.

i would say when you see little buds . plants show sex in veg if let go long enough so if you count from the first signs of pistols you'll be flowering 9 week's instead of 8 if that makes sense

I usually leave my plants for a whole week in 12/12 then start counting my 8 weeks

I count from day one of switch to 12/12, always have always will.

My clones show first sign of Bud at six days into Bud Room...after the switch to 12/12...
The one week [6 days] I call my conversion week...I note it, but do not count it as bud time...
I start counting then...after I see buds forming...
If you grow outside, "Mother Nature" does your light/time switch...
If you grow outside, you start counting when you see buds, don't you?
Why would inside be different?
