i want to get atleast 4 going and i want to use cfls how many should i run and the specs on them...i have good soil andf will be hopefully additiona nutes friday, any advice will helpful

depends how much weed you need or want, if it's lots then you would be better off just vegging with cfls only. Either way you want 6500 K AKA Daylight bulbs and for god sakes put some kind of reflector behind them, even an aluminum pie plate is better than nothing.

How big of an area are you going to have? You want at least 75 watts (actual watts) Per plant.
You can find up to 26w at Wal-Mart, but you'll probably have to hit up a hardware store for anything higher.
The Internet is the best place to find bulbs. Just google Order CFLs. Your not going to want to add many nutes to your plant until at least a week from sprout. Let them get their ground. Mine is at day 12 check it out if ya want (in my signature)

ok i was just lookin at the day light bulbs, i want a good harvest andthinking about using hps for flowering so basically the more cfls the better?? i saw the daylight ones but they said they out more white i just want to get some full plants and a good harvest

i have one going now under 2 3000k cfls was just one at first but learned that wasnt enough have 3 germin so i need more light and a better set up

Actually you are going to want to put nutes like 3-4weeks after or when the plant has actually had time to develop proper roots and immune system lol otherwise it will just cause root burn. Happen to me after i put nutes in my 2 week plant. Never again just let it get nutes from soil and water every 2-3 days.

how many cfls should i run at what specs on them i keep reading different things all around, i was just going to get the biggest ones i could find, and look at a couple hps bulbs for when i flower. my space ihave can be as big as i want but im on a budget for now...just lookin for a good harvest from the bagseed im using, lookin into ordering some seeds offline any thought on that????

how much do the metal halide lights run and do i need a special hook up for them?? i cant do any wiring right now like i said im on a tight budghet but after first harvest hopefully set u will get bigger, my set up is ghetto as hell right now
