How tall cannabis plant is at 3 week og veg?

Hi guys this is my first time growing indoors , I got 4 plants 3 lemon skunk and 1 moby dick they are 2 weeks and 4 days old but looks to me that their growing to slow there bot even 3" tall any one knows why and how long I shoul keep in the vegetative stage ?:cuss:

it takes 2 weeks to go from seed to vegg in perfect conditions. growth doesn't really start until vegg. vegg them for at least 10 days thereafter so there are at least 4 nodes.

It depends on the strain, indicas tend to be short, sativas ar tall. 3" in 3 weeks is not too bad. I wouldn't worry abt it.

3 inches is quite slow ,maybe you need to add more light or water ,or maybe you water too much .Usually for me 3 weeks will be a good 8-12 inches

Well I'm using 600 watts MHL 18 hrs on and 6 off I'm using 1 g pots I put water when the soil is dry or when they tell me , I start with fox farm nuts last Sunday , and so far they love it, my girls looks very nice and healthy is just I think their r growing kind slow compare to others people plants but if u guys think 3" for 2 weeks and 4 days is fine? My ventilation system is prety good 6' exhaust fan plus carbon filter and 1 intake blown some nice fresh air tem btw 75-85 and humidity is 55% how many more weeks I should wait to start flowering? Thank u guys!!!

Don't worry about it .some strains start slow and then explode ..i grew paradise seeds ice cream and it was really slow to start .

Thank u smokejoint!!! But u know is my first time ever so I just want everything to go right , I been using 3 cups of water for 1 gallon pots what u think ?

First time grower, 4 plants, my oldest just hit veg state 4 days ago. about 4 inches tall, on it's 4th set of leaves, 4 days ago it just sprouted the second set...I've counted a set of leaves every 2 days. Space your watering schedule, let the roots dig in. Dry the soil, water, dry the soil, water.

Here is my rant...been saving it, I can't seem to grasp indica and sativa visually. I see tall skinny plants, I think idie kids with skinny jeans and think...Indica. So, clearly I see the opposite with sativa strains, and that visual stereotype drives me insane!!! anyways...4th set of leaves, 4" tall, i'm thinking the short fat kid strain.

to water ,wait until the top of the soil is real dry and the pot is light ,then just water as much as you need to get a little run off..my plants usually drink 2litres of water every other day in my closet environment

Smoke, my oldest is about 3 or 3.5 weeks, takes on about 8oz of water ever 3 days. with a little run off. ferts once a week. 1/4 doses though. just did second dose tonight. actually did second dose one my 3rd plant too. #1 loves it, #3 is indifferent....

Oh nice good luck with ur girls bro !! Week like I told u mine are 3' tall , on it's 4th set of leaves I guess u right sativas are short plants , I water my girls nuts- x- h20-x- nuts-x- h2o.... (x means nothing ) wut u think?

3' tall on it's 4th set depends on strain really. Seems tall for that, but what I've learned, if the plant is healthy, always question why, but don't over think why...Better to start nutes than catch up with them, but...stay in the middle...each plant/strain is unique. Play with it, baby it, grow it. The plant will tell you what it needs.

cfls will not heat up the place that bad so they will drink less.The most important thing is not to over water them , you will know when its time to water ,usually as soon as the top of the soil is really dry it's ok to water again .over watering rots the roots ,the soil needs to dry out a bit to let oxygen at the roots n shit.just dont over water and youll be good.you might wanna get a 250 watt hps for flowering though.cfls will work, but you will double or tripple your yeild and quality of smoke with one.

I'm going to upgrade to a better set up, but I'm keeping the cost of set up cheap right now just so that I get my feet wet. Just in case I decided growing wasn't for me, but after about a month, I'm read to start cutting holes in walls for vents, and adding outlets in closets for better lights...This is too much fun to stop. Just gotta take care of the plants I got for now with what I got. I'm also having trouble finding an HPS bulb.
