rather take her cam for a noon then transport weed thru the neighbourhood dude, its enough that i got caught once doing so tell her she will get it back in one piece by supper time and you get her something special for dinner, even mothers are just women you pacify with food *stuffed lions won't bit (most of the time)*

you want 3 - 4' foot plants? NO, it is not time to change to 12/12. green will lead you in the right direction.

12/12 will introduce the flower, kinda simulated the fall and get the plant to revel it sex as well as bud if it is a female one. that it's all about

eventually you gone have to switch to this light cycle, but not in to near future since you can grow in that time a super branchy beast of a plant with 4ft high dangling buds
i would say you should flower it under 1 1/2ft veg size to meet your target height. but i would top it a few times to get it branchy gone slow grows but surely makes a nice plant with lots of bud

top goes first and then every center grow starting from there on. always got 3 spruces starting from a fresh node and the center on builds the stem if not cut away, so that is way you should do this one

yo RS420, i think the experienced veterans are trying to tell ya to keep vegn' til they're at least a foot tall dude. if you start 12/12 now you'll have like really bogus buddage that's not real potent, ya know dude? get a couple books from fsbook company or someone like that and you'll see all the different ways to grow. there's hundreds of ways to grow, but if you flower now, you're buds won't be real dense or potent, unless you're growing Lowryder, those are like a foot tall in the end and only take 8 weeks from seed to bud, and from what I hear are fairly potent indica variety. But if you have sativas, the longer you veg, it gives the plant more time to produce more THC when you go to 12/12 to flower, and the flowering will produce even more THC, if you do it for at least 8 to 10 weeks. get High Times Magazine at Borders, there's all kinds of stories and advice in there too, besides companies that sell books and equipment. no problem dude, do ya know what kind of plants they are? 'cause some kinds if you cut their tops too much will give ya light buddage, ya know?

yeah dude, try not to cut tops more than once or twice and try to leave the fan leaves on it 'cause you could really slow down their growth and potency. and if you cut tops too much, depending on the lighting you have, you could have very light, fluffy, buds that have like 1% THC. there's more than that in schwag buds. like 15 years ago i grew some nice potent Jamaicans outside, but I cut the tops too much and couldn't get the buds big and dense enough before the frost came in late september that year, so I brought these 3 big ass plants back to my apartment and tryed to keep these 6 footers going, but I couldn't 'cause the frost hurt 'em a bit, then I tryed cutting all the branches and put each cutting (with early buddage on 'em) into beer bottles of water etc. to try to finish them nice, but I stupidly added a fertilizer that had too much nitrogen in it, so they became really dark green and too harsh to smoke. I had to throw out what would've been over a pound of dried Jamaican Spear buds 'cause they didn't finish right. that was before i found out in a book called M. Grower's Insider's Guide by Mel Frank, (Red Eye Press, 1988) that you should not use nitrogen during flowering, mostly phosphorous is needed for that....I could go on and on but I'll stop now RS. no reason to buy the fuckin high times, last issue i picked up went right into the trash after 15min of reading that showcase of stupidity and commercial BS. rather read threads on growing made here on rollitup and watch out for the words of some of the "older" growers in general, look if they can prove any by growing and showing knowledge and then stick to those there are a few seniors which rather stay covered like me since we simply paranoid by/of feds but even i got a journal going-even if i do not much on it since it is time-consuming and i rather spend time on helping and growing then maybe adulate my own ego. some of that journals are very educational still by the way and guys like fdd or mogie spend lots of time to teach thru their journals, so no insult at them for showing more effort then me

Yeah, I agree with you on that one GN. HT has gotten way commercialized over the last 20 years. I bought way too many of their issues from them over the years and all it seems like is photos of buds and tons of ads and vague advice about shit. I'm really starting to see what you mean about this site, I've already learned alot from all you guys already. So thanks dude. Maybe now I'll finally have some nice dank by fall thanks to all your advice. Have a good one.
