How tall should a plant be on day 3?

Got the camera working.. should i add more soil around the bottom of the stem? I am going to the hydro store tommorow to get white poly film for the lining of my cab also debating on either getting a 125w CFL or a t5 2ft 4 tube system 90w which do you think will do better? i will be starting the plant indoors and moving outdoors into a 10 gall root organic bag.

t5's as close as possible with lst if your just vegging inside for a bit, It's doing fine, maybe a little small but that will change in the coming days, be patient and you'll do fine.

Commercial T5 2FT 4 Tube Fixture is 115 and i also need white poly film which only comes in rolls for 85 so that's 200 alone not to mention was gonna pick up a thermometer for my hydrofarm heating mat. then in a month have to go back and get ten 10gal bags of root organics(you know the ones with the drain holes you just cut the tops off and grow monsters)....
EDIT: i have 10.5in and 2 8in dome reflectors and 6 26w cfls... could get some y adapters and throw them in the mix too instead of the 125 would the make a difference?

I just want to say something about lights. I used a 150watt CFL my first grow and maybe got 40 grams out of 4 plants. I switched to a 400watt MH/HPS bulb and my next grow from 5 plants I got over 500 grams. I cant tell you how much they are worth but I only paid $220 for it shipped and everything. HGH Supply. i have 3 1000w future brite ballasts and 3 sun systems 6 in air cool reflector 24in long i would have on inside there but heat and space is and issue also if you have read my post they are being STARTED inside then TRANSPLANTED outside so rays from the sun > 400w mh/hps

wow! Cant wait to see what i get off my 2 durban poison plants using a 400watt hps. I'm in the first week of flowering. Today makes the 3rd day of 12/12
how much longer until my harvest? My first grow.. Thanks for the help

the black white poly is an absolute must? cuz mylar is cheap as hell and works fine, same with flat dull white paint. are you getting all your stuff from a local grow store? they tend to inflate prices quite a bit on some items from what ive seen. look around online and im sure you'll get better deals.
The poly is not a must but i have heard is works the best and disipates heat better. No local grow store around have to drive to rhode island but after many trips to grow store Hydro Earth in RI is the best around!
