I am making a stand alone clone machine and was wondering how tall I should make it. More specifically, how much room do i need it my rez is 5 inches high?
How tall to make cloner?

5 inches is fine. if your not gonna keep them there and transplant right away your rez can even be shallower
ive rooted clones in like 3 inch deep tupper ware containers with a 4 inch air wand air stone for a fish tank with no problems.

How tall are clones usually when they have rooted enough to plant?

depends man. any size really. you can transplant when the roots first pop threw the rockwool, or rapid rooter

I think what I need to know is, how tall should clones be before I transplant them? I only have 4ft of height in my tent.
