I always have this crazy bad issue, whether I'm high or not where I cant do anything if I'm nervous. My brain literally stops working. All my job interviews that I've ever had, getting pulled over.. Even when I took my drivers test, I failed twice in hte parking lot before even starting because I got such in a tizzy that I didn't put it in reverse to back out. Not once, but twice I did that.. Jesus I'm just sick of it. I'm trying to get a better job, a higher up one. But I'm so fucking nervous that when I do an interview I can't even be like a normal person.

So my question is, HOW THE FUCK DOES EVERYONE DO IT?!

Agreed. I have slight anxiety issues myself and learned it helps to make everything as big a deal as it actually is, which is almost always not a big deal at all. Even a big job will be a small deal when all is said and done. It's all about perspective. Don't psyche yourself out.

Sounds like you have anxiety issues. See a psychiatrist
lol been there dude
sounds like your not smoking enough, i suggest another 2g a day, that should work.. lol
I like your advice lol I get this zoned out look if I smoke a lot within a day or two of doing something big though. Like I'm a stoner. and come on, who wants to higher a stoner? lol

Mouthmeetssoap, thats true, it isn't really that though. Before I actually do whats nerve racking, I'm cool. I'm perfect with everything like I am all calmed down, but once I actually go and do it, I freak mout and my mind goes completely blank. Its been a problem for a really long time its miserable.. I take like 5 mg of valium before going to interviews normally. Didn't this morning. I completely didn't get it. I haven't found out yet, but the dude probably thought I had fuckin downs syndrome or something

Ask your doc about using Atenolol. It is a beta blocker that will suppress your adrenalin. Very common drug used by heart patients to prevent sudden demands on the heart, like sudden loud noises or surprises. Mucicians use it for stage fright. You are not bonkers. I have a heart condition and noticed that since using it I am cool as a cucumber. Also, if you go off it, the effects go away in like a day (called half-life)

I might just have to, theres no way its as bad as valium lol if it doesn't cause a high then its fine. Because I used to be like a terrible benzo addict. It was just bad.. But its the only way I can keep up with myself. Dxm did it too, but I have to do it in 1 week intervals, and it GREATLY decreases the way I think, turns me into an animal or something.

My question about those is, does it change you the way anti depressants do? I'll still try, because if it goes away after a day(thank god) that would be great just to see. Thanks for the advice!

Theres no way meds can be the answer though I mean is that even morally acceptable? I'm not sure.. I'm really baked if you haven't been able to tell lol first thing I did today when I got home was ripped the fuck out of my bong until I felt like I was gonna throw up

smoking pot will def make u feel anxiety, sometimes, but yoiu just have to roll with it and not let these little things bother u. Everytime i get nervous about something and make a big deal about a situation it always turns out just fine. if you go into a interview just act like who cares, since yuiou havnt had sucess yet go ahead and try a different approach to the interview. whth a relazed state of mind and body. i would never use any non natural drugs that if not the answer,

Lack of preparation is causing these issues for you. It is normal to be nervous, but the better prepared you are for an interview or any situation. It just becomes normal.

It may sound stupid, but if you are heading to an interview, or sales meeting, and anxiety hits, I put some of my favorite music on, and blast it, and sing along with it. For some reason, it helps a lot. Also, I think some meditation would not do you bad either.
