Well, you don't have to have the Supreme Court change to have a Supreme Court Decision over-ruled. There are two other ways to go about that:
  1. Rewrite the law in question to make it more narrow in scope.
  2. Make a Constitutional Amendment.
With the Republicans presently in control of all branches of government, they could very easily do either of the two. The problem is, they don't care. Nobody really does. The entire abortion issue has always been and will always be a red herring for idiots to fight over so that they're distracted from the fact that they're getting robbed blind, betrayed and constantly lied to by the very people that they elected.

Like I said phuck English. I want to call people on the fown, not phone and what the fuck is up with Arkansas and Kansas . If I need to turn in an English paper or start writing for the newspaper I will start to care about spelling. Two fucks I give now.

My oh My You do understand that a strongly conservative SCOTUS could gradually narrow Row vs Wade decision just by sanctioning abortion restrictions that other SCOTUS might have said hell NO in the past. Behind close doors this can be done. Not like Congress in the open taking a hell lot more than just 9...oops should we say 5 or 6. Pay attention

It's hard to accomplish with 'mine, mine all mine' attitude. They don't concern themselves with others and their needs, just themselves.
