could be a few things. one how much do you water? this can be caused my over watering. Also, Nute burn, but you shouldn't be using any nutes at this point, it is too young. Ahh, all lights need to be AT least 8in from plant at all times and you need a fan for circulation.
If none of those things than what lights and set up are you using?

All cfl lights and soil is fox farm i used low amount of nuts and my other plants didnt do this maybe flush this one out and give it some time what do u think

The plant is sick beause its been over watered very hard.

Stop over watering that plant asap & for god sakes dont even think about flushing it with multi gallons of water, the plants are sick because you are doing way too much with them, new growers always fuck up by thinking they need to constantly be giving the plant food & water then the plants get sick & the 1st thing noobs want to do is to giv e it mopre water from a flush,FYI the act of flushing is all but worthless in most cases & will only fuk the plant further, all you need to do is to throw away all fertilizers you have & to let the plant get dried out all the way.

After it dries out in about a week then water again but in very small amounts & only once or twice a week, dont even thenk about adding even one drop of fertilizer until the plant is well into budding.

Last but not least go back to the ultra basics of growing & forget everything you have read about growing weed, forget trying to ph the baqlance the grow, the probe type meter your using is worthless & not representative of actual ph values, in soil grows adjusting ph values is not like hydroponics where ph plays a huge role in plant health as the soil is a natural buffer, adjusting ph is not very important unless the soil is harsh or your water is hard,in most cases your better off not fuking with the ph & just let the plant grow out,in the first few grows just getting to harvest is hard so remember that less is more.
