how to add moisture to my budz

i had my crop drying for 5 days.....70 f 30-40 % humidity.......stem bends , outside feels crisp.

i threw em in the jar yesterday. burped twice so far....12 hours apart. the outsides feel crisp yet when i opened to burp but the stem inside the bud still bends....anyone kno if this will fix or should i add somethin to moisten up my budz again????

You can put a few leaves from your plant in with your buds and they will absorb some of the mosture, bring your buds back to the way they should be.

Just check on them frequently so they dont get too wet.

If you dont have leaves you can use lettuce

if the stem bends they aren't ready to cure, dump them back out anf let them dry , if when dry you want to rehydrate a fan leaf works great

don't open and let sit few days and bud will moisten back up,the stem sould snap before u put in jars the bud will be a little crisp then i put in jar and do not open for at least 24hrs.if bud is crisp i put wet paper towel i string it out and put over top of jar and put lid back on for 24 and ur good bro!!!!

its right on track, you put the nuggs in the jar dry and when you open the jar yes they are moist again why are you asking to add moisture? its doing what its supposed to do pull moisture from the stem its not going to be bone dry you want that to be gradual. Take them out of jar and let sit out until they feel dry and crispy then put them back in and close jar, next day open jar and if still moist take out again and repeat, if they feel a bit dry then just leave open for short period. Eventually the amount of time you can go in between openning the jars and have it stil be nice and dry will increase. In 2-3 weeks it will start to be some nice smoke then gets even better from there. It sounds like your right on track just leave them out until dry then put back in.

make sure after you trim the leaves off the bud you cut the plant into sections and hang, the perfect time is 3 days , at that time the stem should snap not bend. alot of people try to hang the whole plant instead of sections of it

appreciate the info....i seen alot of vids n read alot that i should have the them bend....not real wet but close to snapping. crispy outer buds then throw in the jar.

my problem is that after 12 hours of being in the jar....they budz didnt feel like they became real moist again. should i leave it sit for longer than 12 hours...maybe 18???

if not should i throw the paper towel in now or wait til my stem in the middle of the buds starts snappin from the burps, then get them moist again???

hope that wasnt confusing lol.

only prob is that they are not feelin real moist again on the outside...if i tear a small bud apart yeah i can feel the moisture. but i would figure the budz would receed into itself a lil when doing this process..am i wrong??

i was wondering..if my outer buds feel really crispy n inner is still moist......should i finish cure or re moisten my budz up now????
