How to build rooms? (Pics)

By no means am I a handyman, but I'm not going to pay an unrealistic amount of money for someone else to do it, if I could do it on my own. I'd also like to learn how to do this anyways for future projects.

I'm going to need to know exactly what I need from Home Depot to accomplish this along with a list of tools. Also a step by step building guide would be more than appreciated.

One of the pics is what I'm going for and the rest are of my facility. The thing is my ceilings are alot lower and my roof is not a drywall.

If your going to need a list for your Home Depot trip... You are better off hiring someone and having it done right the first time. There is no shame in this, I am not a diy person ejther. I grow weed, I am not a handyman

Get a building for dummies book....there is a lot to go over.. I mean you need wood, yellow board,wire, most likely a new main for ease.. Do you need to know how to frame, does 16 on center mean anything to you.?... There is a lot of work also you failed to give any dimensions whatsoever or what it is you are trying to do..build three rooms in a store front?

I'd suggest getting some security doors and windows if that's how your going to play this.

Ya I don't know how to do any of that. Think I'm better off hiring someone. Yes build 2 more rooms next to the first

Well the truth is, and I've built homes for over 15 yrs , Unless you need structure and or by code , yes your 2 x 4 spacing will need to be either 16 or 24 inched spacing , followed by either 1/2 or 5/8 Drywall . But if you don't have to worry about load which you dont , there is not need for proper/code , and you could save money by simply spacing your 2x4's out more and using panel board and or just wrap and staple exo with pand film or Mylar drapes.

We all can learn anything , from the internet. But most people fears stop them from succeeding.

Now when it comes to electrical , that shit is nothing to play with, sleep better at night.

i have a 300 amp panel I don't think I'll need an electrition which I'm happy about. Either way I'm getting these rooms built out.

If you don't know how to run your power from that panel then you will need an electrician( A few 110v 20 amp circuits, atleast one 50 amp 220v for light controller, and then the air conditioners) And he's gonna wanna so his jobs when the rooms are just studs.

After looking at the panel, you don't have much room for anything on it. 6 slots. One 220v takes up 2 of those. You will need a electrician without a doubt.

Those are already in use. Which is why they were there before he's done any work.

You do dedicated circuits or your grow. you don't rip out existing ones at a rental.

I agree but they may not be in use. Rentals get renovated all the time, especially commercial/retail space.
