How to dextoxify your body under 48hrs and be rid of all toxins after that and not smoking?
Dude, eat right...don't eat a lot of junk. Work out two times a day...once in the morning with a 5 mile run. The workout again with 10 minutes of cardio, then hit the weights for 30-45 mins.
Drink lots of water. At least a gallon a day....you body needs water to clean out toxins and do whatever else it does.
If you want to build muscle, drink a nice protein shake after your workout. I prefer optimum nutrition. They make better shakes, it's not like drinking muddy Met-rx stuff.
I stuck with this regimen and was able to pass drug tests for a year and a half.
