how to feed autoflowers?

Hey guys been growing outdoors for awhile brought it inside this year just ordered my first round of auto flower seeds from nirvana and was curious as to how you go about feeding an autoflower .....do I use veg nutes until they start flowering or bloom nutes the entire time or what ? Any input is greatly appreciated thanks

I fed them like any other plant. When they begin to bloom, change the lighting to more warn, increase the PK (but not crazy, just 1-1.5-1.5 ratio. Maybe go to 1-2-2 at the end.

I've found autos can be very sensitive to over nuting,

be easy of this!

a flush between veg and bud nutes is ideal

This is a tough one, as theres just so much variety with so many strains and methods

you wont know until come harvest what you have

then you gotta improve, like us all

from there

I know strain and growing conditions play a huge roll in what You end up with was just curious if I should be expecting 14 grams a plant or 100 will be using soil and 5 gallon pots and seeds are bubblicious autos from nirvana seeds

I consistently got 180-220g from Northern Storm (NL x snow storm) in a 2x2x4' tall space (in 3gal container) running betweeen 25w/sq ft with fairly efficient LED (not the inexpensive epi-whatever lights found on eBay and Amazon) or 50w/sq ft with T5HO (50 in flower, 40 with T5HO, 10 with inefficient CFL).

I like the sounds of those numbers andis that dry weight or wet ?

Feed, wait untill completely dry in pot and re water. Make the roots search for a feed, since an auto flower is a ticking time bomb you only have a few weeks in veg to get it right.

Heres my current auto flower aka daddy long legs;

What size container is that in and have you trained that plant at all or just let it do its thing? Also what is a rough projected yeild? I only ask these questions because I'm debating whether or not to stick with clones and mother plants or just order autos everytime

Takes about 17l of soil.

I let that one do its thing, funny enough. It was a neglected plant out of all my plants but than it shot up when it went into flower so decided to keep her going.

Personally i like my regular seeds, more control with yield and love training my plants and the only technique you can really do with autos is LST.

However ill keep running auto's aslong as the seeds are here, but untill the seed banks lower auto flower seed prices i wont be giving them a dime. Absoloute rip off, $14- $20 per seed (no thanks) :bigjoint:
