How to Flower This thing?

It stands about 13" tall -Og Kush,I got it under a LED light and two cfl lights (Sides)
-Just switch time to 12/12 a day ago - just want to know how long it will take to bud out

and if it needs anything else?

What is the watts of the LED light? How about the CFL? Are the CFL's 6500k or 2700k? I would add at least 2 more lights and make sure that the bulbs are 2700k since you are in flower. I leave mine in flower for about 9 weeks before I even start checking the trichs for color

The LED light is 11 watts and both CFL's are 2700k--SO you think I should add two more ,I try doing that-
Should I add Two more 2700k or 6700k?

Add cfls with a higher wattage, like 23 or 42. They use more electricity but they'll give you more light. The cfls you are using now look like 13 watts? They don't give off much light, even for one small plant.
