how to fluff compressed bud

hello all
a friend of mine ask me how to fluff up compressed
bud.
i had few ideas until i saw it
it was very compressed i guess for the travel from wherever it came from
idk
it was bricked like that other STUFF
i TOLD HIM CLEARLY I DONT FOOL OR MESS W/ THAT STUFF
he says no that the bud
so basically the pound looked like a brick
any idea how to fluff up?
i heard something about humidifier

humidify it then put it in a vaccuum chamber at a specific negative pressure and wait.... other than that I can't imagine another way.

Fuck it, if it weighs then its good, right?
I know its not eye appealing to some. but once they break it down it will "fluff" up.
