How to get rid of dispensary and while keeping the law in effect?

I have Been thinking about it for a long time( Like a day haha) How to get rid of dispensary's while keeping the law in effect.

1) Boycott Dispensary - If you have to go back to the old ways the underground market do it. If we put enough pressure the dispensary will closed down their overhead is going to be ridiculously high and no one is going to want remain open and the will be forced to shut their doors.

2) Cultivators, patients caregivers and Right wing nut jobs u know the 49% that didn't vote for prop 203 have something in common "WE DON'T WANT DISPENSARY"
for different reasons of course but who says we can work together Work on a Voter Initiative (the only sure shot way to change the law) That puts more restrictions on dispensary that will force them to close that have noting to do with that 25 mile rule thing.

Ex: Hey Mr Right winger we want you to sign here to change the 25 mile rule U see we believe this is unconstitutional and we would like your support so please vote yes on this change blah blah

Right winger: Are you crazy i don't want marijuana growing next door getting kids high gateway drug blah blah

Or
Hey Mr right winger we want you to help support our voter initiative to change prop 203 to add more restrictions to this dispensary opening in every damn corner in this state do you want Arizona to become like California?

I don't really understand what you're saying. Why do you want dispensaries to be banned?

Because in AZ, they end all grows within 25 miles of the dispensary. It's pretty messed up. It's not anything like the CA dispensaries we have.

Be thankful for what you have. Dispensaries go out of there way to get product to you in a legal manner. And they don't rip you off. An 8th of dank has been the same price for 20 years because the shit is hard to grow, manicure, controling pests, mold, mildew, etc. I disagree with your idea. Let shit settle in first before you go commando and try to start a movement.

It's not like in CA. Only the dispensary can grow it's supply. If you don't like what they carry, tough shit. If you grow your own once a dispensary opens up within 25 miles of you because the dispensary doesn't carry meds that work for you; then you are a criminal. If the dispensary jack up it's prices, you can't grow your own to avoid prices you cannot afford. The AZ dispensaries kill the same grows that are legal in CA.

I'd have to side with azryda420 on this one. Arizona had nothing, now it has something, however crappy an option it is. Going on a crusade to shut down dispensaries is the worst thing one could possibly do. Think about the patients who are unable to grow their own medicinal marijuana, what recourse will they have?

The same one they already have; get it from someone who does grow. What you ignore is that this law effectively fucks everyone that has the ability to grow their own. What about them? Say you lived there and a dispensary set up. How would you feel about them making your grow both a state and federal crime again, under the guise of "legalization"?

Further more dispensaries are not allowed by law to pay caregivers or patients for their product. How well would the California model work then. We don't need dispensaries and just because they are opening does not mean they will have quality medicine, as a matter of fact most of the "medicine" could not be called that. The few growers who produce dank will be shut down by the rules when dispensaries open.

The pro dispensary opinions are either ignorant of the az law and how it is being implemented or they are just stupid.

I personally say that would be a bitch move.

Since your opening a dispensary and I assume Ur for banning the 25 mile rule how are going to be able to charge resonable prices to the patients while keeping enough inventory n not get popped by the feds by growing more than 99 plants. I dont mean to be asshole but we are concerned we will not have access to our meds that's all.

Give the address and there will more patients/caregivers than you could imagine protesting........ I will not support dispensary folks with such an attitude...

What does this mean? If they protest or even boycott, you are going beat them with billy clubs, maybe hit em' with a fire hose, sick the dogs on them? Who would that help? What cause would that further?

If you were truly interested in advancing the cause of "your" dispensary (which many of us doubt even exists), then you would spend a lot less time on these forums making a complete jerkoff of yourself.
