the no pest strips aren't what cured it. Doctor Doom and mosquito dunks killed everything. The no pest strip is just added insurance. It alone will not kill everything. Also, the no pest strips do release toxins that kill bugs and are dangerous. However, once those toxins are in the air they have a shelf life. If Dichlorvos' (the chemical in the no pest strips) shelf life is longer than your drying time (1-2 weeks) you have a problem. If not, your fine. I know the chemicals' in doctor doom are dead after 2 hours (which is why it is fine to use on budding plants). I would assume dichlorvos is something similar... maybe up to a few days. My grow room is also isolated from the rest of my house which is why I have no issues using the pest strips. If I was growing in a closet or an open area of my home, where people frequently were, I would not use them. Also, I don't use them year round... just at bug sensitive times of the year... spring, fall.

Soapy water and a spray bottle. You always do your own search so you wont have to ask sooo many easy questions that are asked every other day. Soapy water has no harsh cemicals. I probably don't know what I'm talking about tho. I do this and havent had any mites in over 5 crops in a row. Hippies have been doing it this way for years.

Doctor Doom is made from Chrysanthemum flowers, a little different from No Pest strips...
