In a 5x4area with 4 sites in a rdwc. The ceiling is 8 ft tall what is the most effective way to train plants so one will have the most productive garden?

that's a lot of light for 5x4, but I would suggest maybe using a screen of green approach, seems to work well for areas of that size.
