How to hang 250w envirolite inside pc case?

It's one of those giant ass CFL's. I can't think of how to hang it and i don't want to buy a reflector.

22" case you reckon for sure that a 250 CFL will be too hot? Also cable ties won't be strong enough to hold it up surely.

vent it well all will be well, and heavy duty ties will be fine
