How to help my plant get healthy again?

A plant that size with the right care and support will absoutely be worth your while to continue through to harvest. Remove all the dead and dying maerial at the bottom - its just nesting space for more mites! She does look like she could do with some more feed too. Out of interest, how did you deal with the mites? Keep an eye on the rest of the plants too, as those fkers spread like crazy. Honestly, I would go all in and see what you can make of this plant. Keep us posted too - as this has potential

I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t get a crop. I produced more than 3 ounces off of two relatively small tent plants with spider mites. I just kept removing them with a handheld vacuum with a sock over it to prevent leaf damage.

Unless you let them get totally out of control, I’ve found spider mites to be more of a pain in the ass and yield reducer, rather than total devastation like root rot.

I used 1 part peroxide 1 part dishsoap and 5 parts water mix like i used on my tomatoe plants and it cleared them up really good, it bounced back after pruning but now she stopped growing and so did my smaller immature plant. I dont really see any buds starting to grow though so im not sure why she stopped growing, i was going to try and plant her into the ground to see if that helps with the growth?

Does she look healthy enough to start flowering? I have fox farm fertilizer, im gonna try to plant her in the ground to see if that helps her growth
I don't see any harm in giving her all the space she needs in the ground. Prep the bed / space as well as you do with your tomatoes and with some time and patience I am sure it would only benefit. Transplanting adds some shock, so do so early morning when it's cool, and even try to offer some shade in the heat of the day for a day or two. Take a minute to check the roots too, should be white and healthy looking, no weird smells etc. Don't go to heavy on the fox farm right away, build things up a bit. Foliar feeding is a great way to correct things so again try that out with a tea / fert in low dosage early morning in low heat, repeat every week or two and stop when buds start forming. Here they are planted in the ground, they seem to enjoy it much better than the pot! the other one is female too i got lucky haha
Is she going into flower? Ive been covering her up with a big black trash bin from 7pm to 8am everyday
