As the title asks, how would you do it?
Is there any point to this at all?

Do the SCROG right and it does it even better. Start early. Don't be afraid to reweave either as branches grow.I ve been doing scrog for long enough, I think I ve almost mastered it by now. I was tempted by mainlining because of the more uniform buds

I have that knife! The blade of mine is all gunked up with resin.
I sympathize with this. 2/3 of my plants got burned. Bud isn’t horrible or too harsh with a good high, but it looked far worse than it was. And I don’t know this strainHoly Crispy Cornflakes
Mine tend to get floppy as well...use a taller tomato cage (or stakes) and there is no more problem. I had to utilize yo-yos in my last grow and those fucking suck to me because I just eliminated the mobility of my plants.Yeah, I just mainlined for the first time and fell in love with the simplicity. Especially in coco, growth is fast and noticeable daily. Only reason to put a net up at this point is for support in late flower. Had a plant that was floppy with density!
