Hugh didn't realize there was instructions on how to open a bag of soil .....and they make some slow ass GPH emitters that would work fine for your pots shown above ....and when I run emitters my pressure stayed the same beginning to end no regulator .....and if you just do some simple figuring on the GPH of the emitter you'd use you could easily figure out irrigation time ......
