How to make my plant short instead of long.

I am about to grow a Lowryder #2 and i saw some photos of growers and i can say that its a pretty nice plant. I used to grow greek Kalamatiano is it called. Its outdoor and 1 meter long. This time i decided to make a short one indoor.

The thing is what do i have to do to make the Lowryder become like that

How to make side branches produce side branches?

auto's arent worth much tinkering imo. you could use different lighting, you could put the plant into a 12/12 light to stunt growt.
you could alternatively bend/twist/tie your branches to where you wish they stay

When I began, the research indicated that "auto" type plant have stricter genetics. I stick with Feminized and clone till I want change. You stumbled on just one problem autos have. Their time-line or cycle does not leave much room for error. And we green growers make errors.

Is it worth topping Lowryder 2 Fem. It becomes 60cm tall and i want it about 30-40cm. If yes, when i have to top it? I read that cutting the main stem after 2 nodes from seed is this cool?

topping is not recommended with an auto, as it delays growth.. However you CAN do LST on her. This is basically just bending the plant over so that the side branches get more light. See here:

Go to 1.47 minute. i want it like that. Shorty bushy but not so bushy. Its a lowryder 2.

I use MH during veg and it keeps my Sativa's short. I don't know if it works as well with autos

autos are kinda like determinate tomatoes, you don't want to prune or interrupt them in any way, including topping. In a photo plant you have time for it to recover from topping before flower initiation, with an auto you don't, the week to ten days it takes to restart is just lost as maturation is dictated by time from seed.
