how to make my plats mature faster

ok.. i am sorry but plants grow waaay to damn slow how can i meet the conditions of having my plants grow atleast an inch or more a day? i have 2- 65 watt bulbs attached is a pic of the light see how they are like dual lights or whatever... anyways i am using mg soil and have mg plant food but havn't used the plant food yet what can i do to speed up growth and make them mature faster? i have the light on them right now and have since 10am u.s central time and plan on turning them off around 11pm tonight or should i leave them on longer? i dont wanna spend alot of money but should i leave light on them for like 20 hours? and 4 hours off?

Welcome to the site and good luck man. i will tell you, you are going to need quite a bit more light. this will be great to start them with then you might want to look into some more CFL's and fixtures. this will be a good way to start.

The two links that i posted are the best to help you get started off on the right foot. Also there are lots of people here that know what they are doing, and if asked nicely i am sure that they will share knowledge.
