How to raise/lower the humidity levels?

How to I raise the humidity levels? I was looking around and it says you need 50-60% humidity and 70-80 temperature.

So what can I do to raise these levels and what can I do to lower them?

i think you want it dry during the 12/12 so the plant will make more resin
