How to sell seeds legally?

What exactly makes your brand special? Are they like? What? Why your beans over the already 1000's of different beans already available?

I came up in the growing scene with a guy who made seeds for big buddah back in britain.
From my unbderstanding youre better off drawing some kind of deal with a seed company for a kick ass strainb you have, though seeds will still be produced illegally. Bear in mind, that i know of, no one reallyhas huge facilities like in holland for seed production here in spain. You can get hundreds of viable seeds off a single healthy female, a small closet is plenty for a few thousands of seeds, selling them in 10 packs a seed run will last a long time.
Im not ure of the legality of making seeds here, though i have been told if grow gets caught and lawyer asks to test plants and check that theyre seeded.
I got caught in Britain once with a 40 plant grow all seeded and only got a slap on the wrist.
