How to set up cool tube fans and regular cabinet exhaust? - Metal storage cabinet

Greetings fellow cannabis connoisseurs!

I have a metal storage cabinet, 72" height, 36" wide, 24" deep (36 cubic feet-and the same dimensions as the Super Closet Deluxe grow cabinet.)

I don't have any equipment yet, but I will buy soon with your recommendations. I have a few questions:

1) If I have a regular exhaust and intake set up that goes to outside the cabinet (Sunleaves WindTunnel409 CFM with carbon scrubber for exhaust, and Panasonic FV-11VF2 WhisperFit 110 CFM intake) how do I set up the intake and exhaust for a cool tube? Does the cool tube intake and exhaust back into the storage cabinet? What fans should I use for the cool tube? (I don't want to risk electrical problems wiring computer fans)

2) Is my exhaust and intake CFM too powerful for my size cabinet? (cabinet is 36 cubic feet, exhaust is 409 CFM, intake is 110). I plan on using a 400+ watt bulb with a hydroponic 5-gallon bucket set up.

Basically, I've been searching the Internet and have not found a good guide for a metal storage cabinet exhaust/intake and cool tube exhaust/intake. Since it is the same dimensions as the Super Closet Deluxe, I could try to copy their design but I haven't found a detailed diagram of that set up.

thanks in advance for your knowledgeable responses!

intake at the bottom and exhaust near the top. my tent has a filter ducted to the cool tube from tube to inline fan which ehaust out of my tent.
by a fan speed controler. those inline fans are loud.

Your set up is something like this?

grow area intake> grow area> cool tube intake> cool tube> carbon filter> tube/grow area exhaust out of tent>

So, the grow area intake is not directly connected to the cool tube, but connected to the grow area, and the cool tube intake pulls air from the grow area across the bulb, to the exhaust fan out of the tent?

I think you've answered my #1 question. That 1 exhaust is sufficient, but two intake fans are required (one at the bottom for the grow area and 1 for the cool tube)

Is that right?

I am confused because the pictures I usually see, the cool tube has an exhaust and an intake that lead to out the top of the grow area.

On the Super Closet Deluxe, the cool tube fans are on a "closed loop" leading to the outside of the cabinet. I think I will need a grow area exhaust, grow area intake, and a cool tube exhaust and intake on a closed loop.

What's everyone's thoughts on my CFM for the grow area? 409 exhaust, 110 intake?

What are 2 good fans for a 400 Watt cool tube?

Your cool tube exhaust goes out of the tent. What is your cool tube intake connected to?

Intake comes from outside the grow room and connects directly to one side of the cool tube. The air does not come in contact with the air in your grow room so it does not need to be filtered. The other side of the cool tube goes directly out of the grow room.
