How to sog

I have grown 4 or 5 times now this time i want to try SOG can anyone tell how to start them out???

Start them out like any plant. Clone or seed. Veg them up to the desired height. Topping during veg is usually employed during a sea of green. Trim away weak excess growth near bottom. When when you're ready to flower...put them close together to create one even canopy. Change your light cycle and you are now growing a sea of green.

Do you lolly pop them at all? or LST them ,how do you get them to get so wide like a mushroom?

I am working on this right now. Key is getting most amount of dirt per sq ft. To do this you want to find tall square pots. I am doing a batch of autoflower, but then starting mothers and going to try to SOG with clones on a perpetual harvest. http://htgsupply.com/Product-Rose-Bucket---Heavy-Duty-Black.asp I am using these right now but might go a bit smaller when the clones go through

I have some Master Kush clone right now that r about 10" tall should i top them now?

i think your talking about scrog... screen of green..something like this right

Yes, they get topped during veg and then lollipopped a few days before flower. You could do LST if you want, but I just stick as many 5 gals as possible in a flood tray with topped and popped plants. At 10" I'm sure your plants could be topped at this point.

Yes I would wait till they were about 14" high befor topping .and yes DSB65 that what I'm talking about.is that to late to top?
