How to stealth windows facting to the street?

Hi,
I have a new property and I am considering to switch operations over there.
Unfortunately there is no cellar. And growing would only be possible in 1st floor. And 1st floor has big and long windows which you can see from street. So is there any way to make the windows stealthy without attracting suspiciousness?

i have two sets of 'blackout" curtains. they're white on one side, and black on the other.i hung one set inside the window frame, so they look pretty normal from outside. the other set i stapled tight around the window frame inside, so no light gets out and no one can peek in a corner.
anyone walking or driving by just sees curtains. i don't expect to get "flirred" but with both white sides facing in, and a space of at least two inches between the two curtains, the windows are only a few degrees warmer than the ones in the next room that is mostly just storage space

white outside on the outside one, inside on the inside one. the idea being to reflect heat back from both sides and keep the window cooler. not sure how effective it is, but thats the idea
