How to tell gender

Hi, I have bought a pack of general seeds (I thought they were feminised) how old will the plants be before they show what sex they are and how can you tell the difference?

The seeds are nirvana ice if that makes a difference.

Regular photo seeds will take about 5-6 weeks from germination to show their sex. They typically yield about 50/50 male/female. So if you eventually want to grow out 2 plants, plant 4-5 seeds and you should end up with 2 females. No guarantees of course. There are hundreds of references showing the difference between male/female plants, google is your friend. A lot of people post their plants and ask for second opinions here as well.

Nuh uhhh, males look like this

Jkjk of course.
You can put them into 12/12 at around 5 nodes and sex them, once you know, you can put them back in veg cycle. If you do this method, check them 2 times a day for signs of gender, then get them back to veg asap under the brightest light
