How to transfer from peat pellets to coco coir?

Hey guys, got my first set of clones rooted and they’re due for a transplant today. When transplanting from jiffy/peat pellet to coco/perlite is there anything special I need to do? Does the peat pellet mix cause problems with coco in if you transplant the whole pellet into the pot? Any responses appreciated, cheers.
