How to use epsom salts

Can I use epsom salts with the feed or do I just feed with just the salt .what am out do I give per ltr

Sorry I mean what amount do I feed per ltr of water.

Start with a 1/4tsp or 1 gram a gallon and go from there. Are you having magnesium deficiency?

Plants don't seem to be growing stop at about 2 feet
