How to wire holders

I usually solder everything but recently got these BJB holders from northerngrowlights. How do I hook up the wire to the holder? Am I supposed to crimp the end of the wire with a pin and then hook it up to the holder? I tried stuffing the wire in there but it isnt held very well. I have 16 3070's and adding 6 1818's to my setup.

what ga wire are you using? try 20 ga solid

Im using 18ga standed, should I make it thicker so it fits?

Did you try soldering the ends of the wire rather than using bare, twisted strands? I have not used the BJB holders, so I don't know if this would be better.

Yeah Im going to try that and give it something to bite on. Might work

They have holes where the connectors are. Looks like it would need a crimp with a banana type plug on the end.

some of the BJBs say "+0.75" or something like that and are restricted to 0.75mm wire (22GA and smaller). otherwise it should be good for 18 solid or tinned 18 stranded
