Who the fuck are you to judge if someone is or is not in control of their car? It seems like a whole long rant of names and calling people mentally retarded.....because he drives a little fasst for your likeing? I get folk from my neighbourhood constantly telling me that 30 is too fast, what if a todler was to walk out into the road. Well one i'd put my breaks on or turn, two, is there a todler in the road? no there isn't. And 3, why the fuck have they gone and let their child wander into the middle of a road? And i'm the one being so irresponsible?

I also wonder why in hell you figured to include first and surnames, and then his sisters name, then your brothers name, seems a bit weird.

You talk about the safety of the children and how it would be lights out if he hit one, and then you talk about your pondering of throwing nails infront of this apparently crazily speeding out of control vehicle. In a residential area. Really clever... because his car isn't then going to go out of control and oh i dont know, plough down a family or similar. Jesus christ!

He sounds like an ass but I think you need to confront the guy. Like the time I found the bum sleeping in my driveway and I had to get in his face and tell him that I don't want him ever sleeping here again. He was scared shitless because he thought I would call the cops on him. I didn't of course... My BF roughed up this kid for pissing on the street, I bet he never pissed in the street again. Young people are easy to scare. I am a small woman, if I can intimidate a homeless person, you can scare this retart on your street. confrontations are uncomfortable for all parties involved, make him feel like an idiot, he will avoid you and your home. goodluck.

that can be frustrating, but this guy has done nothing specifically to you. so you could snitch on him for driving fast, if you are a snitch. it seems that the cops already got this guy in their sights and it is just a matter of time before they bust him for something. i would teach your neices and nephews to watch out for idiot fucks like this. there are a lot of people in life like this. just ignore him for the time being, getting involved is just inviting more trouble for you. people like this always go one step too far. just wait patiently for this guy to do it and the cops will be there to nail him when he does. or you can just slash his tires, he probably would not have the money for new ones and that should keep him off the road for a while.

I use to have trouble with little kids in my neighborhood. I mean like 10-12 year olds. The really bad ones eventually ended up moving and all is well now. So thats my advice wait it out.

I have a two year old, that shit would get me heated. A parent cant always control where the toddler throws the ball or falls off their bike. We can only do so much, kids are their own person and try to do what they want. In a time like that i think "WWJD," set his ass on fire and send him straight to hell, just joking. Head to city council meetings or your neighborhood developer about speed bumps, talk to him peacefully about it and address your concerns, or just wait for kharma to kick his ass. Do your best to keep your nieces and nephews away from the prick and I hope for your sake that this is the worst of it.

Fuck man just go write "I Suck Dick" on the back of his bumper with a bright orange paint marker... I did that to our tweaker neighbors car when they kept parking in our spot, needless to say the car never parked there again hahaha..

Hehehe, you'd just love to live near me came back from the shop and was following a tediously slow trophy wife in a sports car also looking for a parking space, she started getting really angry bevcause at every corner i'd go around, and then with my car, regardless of speed, if you snap the wheel mid turn, you get a lovely loud micro skid of say 5 inches, but it started pissing her off royally, didn't help i was bopping around in my seat grinning like a chimp and giving her thumbs up
