I cut my feed back at 3 weeks left and start flushing in the last two.

I would say 4-5 weeks, and stop with the bro science. You don't need to flush, you are taking the plants nutrient that it needs to give you what you want. If you are not over feeding and you plant absorbs all your nutes by the time you harvest you have nothing to worry about, so don't over feed and water when needed. And continue until harvest.

I suggest stop feeding all together for the last 2 weeks of the plants life. Start off by flushing for 3 days straight, then no water for 4 days. Going into the second week, flush again for 3 straight days, then no water for 4 days, then cut and harvest.
I start my first flush when l see the beginning of a very light cloud of amber forming on the trich's head.

You were under fed and watered at too low humidity or heat in first post.
Indoor soil guy that pushes my girls hard.
