How would you prune these?

These six plants are three weeks from seed and just went to 12/12. I'm concerned that the two on the outside are going to get crowded out if they don't catch up. Six may be ambitious for this space, but my plan was to lollipop them and go for bigger tops.

Would you start pruning around the bottom now, especially the big one in front on the left? I have not been a pruner in the past so am unsure. I've been advised to wait till 3 weeks into 12/12, but I'm afraid the two little ones will be but undergrowth by then.

yea i would prune the bottom left plant now,because of your particular situation with your setup,it would be a better idea doing so.But i would do some light pruning instead of a full on pruning,just enough so your other plants may not be blocked out by its growth.If it is possible.
