How’s it? 75W and 1Gal smart pot

I am searching for an opinion. My current grow is one plant because I found one seed. I never grew indoors before and my light is 75W Toplanet LED in a 1 gal smart pot. I LST’d her and she is in flower on week 3 from switching. How’s she looking? And I was wondering about using molasses to help her out.

you're really going to need some more light. it looks pretty good so far, but you won't get much yield with a 75 watt led (which is probably more like 25 watts in reality)...the led bulbs with plastic tops are a fairly economical option, with a few clamp on holders. pry the plastic domes off and get the lights as close to the plant as you can. cfls are also an option, but they use more power, and produce more heat. t5 florescent lighting would work as well. pretty much anything to get more light will help more than anything else at this point. a little molasses wont hurt, but don't rely on it as food for the plant, it isn't, its more to feed organisms in the soil, and you don't need very much at all to do that.
a good quality fertilizer with a low first number, medium second number, and high last number is what you want for flower.
i use Jack's 5-11-26 with a little calcium nitrate (the jack's has NO calcium, it interferes with sulphur uptake.) just add a little cal-nit first, let it disolve, then add your nutes. use about 15% of your total ppm as cal-nit, and the other 85% w/e nutes you decide to use.
some come with calcium, but the ones i've tried haven't been as effective as using the two part formula. i still seem to get mag problems about halfway through flower with them, not so much with the Jack's-cal-nit.

Cool. What wattage are you thinking? I’ve been using General Hydroponics nutes with Cal-mag supplements. I have about 30 bucks tied into everything right now.

that should be good for nutes, just use less than they recommend, they want you to buy more....
the lighting options are pretty much dependent on what you are willing to spend. 25-30 bucks worth of led bulbs, splitters and clamp holders would help a lot, 50-75 bucks for a couple of 2 foot 4 bulb t5 fictures would work, and you could use them for veg as well...look in the lighting forums here, there are so many options it's hard to cover them all

Ok. I’ve decided that I’m likely sticking with the 75w because the spot it’s in gets direct sunlight all afternoon. It’s what I have and it’s a fun little “banzai”. I’m sure it would’ve grown a lot more with better lighting but I’m busted...so let’s see what happens.

it wouldn't hurt. lollipopping is ok, it just removes some growth that's never going to develop into anything worth a shit, and improves air circulation in the under canopy. the theory is the plant puts the effort it was going to waste on that popcorn into the larger buds up top.

Getting ready to hack her up and freeze her for bubble hash. 55 days from start of flower cycle. Keep in mind this is result of 75w LED Toplanet grow light in a 1 gal smart pot sitting by window with closed blinds for its whole life. No topping only LST. For all intents and purposes I would consider this a micro grow.
