I'd expect to also see:
1. Fan for circulation
2. Exhaust ducting? You may have it in that top duct port, but I can't quite tell. I'd have it at the top as well, good job. (to be connected to an inline fan obviously)
3. Temperature/humidity device
4. I'd hang a carbon filter at the top, behind the light (for flowering, and to be connected to exhaust port later - but I'd personally install it now)
5. I'd also relocate the wire for the lights, and run it out through the exhaust port (looks like it may have enough length) just to get it out of the plants growing area.
6. Is the plant on the right in a glass (transparent) jar? I can't tell. Never done this, but I was under the impression roots do not like light, and would that container be able to drain? I'd get it in a proper pot ASAP.
Note: Don't veg them too big, if flowering in that tent. Plant to light clearance can become an issue.
Some of my suggestions are just optional and not mandatory. I'm a perfectionist with attention to the smallest details and anal about everything.

6. Yeah lol, I drilled some holes in the the bottom of it, I'll get changed into a pot asap.

Not if you hang it 5 ft away from your plants. Lower your light. 12in or less from the plants for that little hps.

Legal state; I'd ditch the tent and hang mylar as needed, in a room with no windows.

plants wont make it in that soil much longer
It's a custom soil I made so for now it's okay but yeah I need to get some different soil soon.
