So I'm finishing up on Week 5 of flowering, I've kept her small because it's a very very small personal grow. My very first time i've ever done it before. So it's actually turned out better then I ever had guessed it to be, with the advice of people on here! So without furtherado what do ya'll think? and how many more weeks of flowering do I have to be done?

plants looking good.

you're going to want to use only water for the last 2-3 weeks. and don't chop until the calyxes swell. You want to be seeing those fan leaves yellowing up something fierce at the end, you dig?

well i figure i got 3 weeks left? so I'm going to use just water now instead of nutes. when will i notice the swelling occur?

Can I cut off a bud, and cure it to sample it without runing the entire plant? I just wanted to cut off a small branch and sample it before actually harvesting... Is this a bad idea, and will it ruin my plant? Im nervous to just snip of a bud :(

Also does trimming leaves hurt it? I wanted to know if maybe I can trim some leaves up and give the plant more direct light? I got lots of questions still :)

At 5 weeks i wouldnt bother urll only regret it, in two weeks maybe yes. Otherwise urll just be sampling imiture buds and thats not gonna get u high. Be patient and ur hard work will pay off:joint:

not a good idea to prune wen flowering, but i did read some where if u take like only 10% of ur plants leaves off it wont stress it too much, but I dunt really know as i pruned a 1/3 off each plant at 2 weeks into flower.I recon its set me back at least a week.

Thanks for the quick posts, yeah I'm not going to mess with it man... I've spent all this time doing this for my first grow, and im so shocked i got this far man. Im not just gonna mess with it. but when i touch it with my fingers its sooo stinky and sooo sticky :) and its sooooo tempting :(

yeah i know exactly how u feel my plants are 6 weeks 4 day under 12 and wen i got nothing to smoke its toture lol
