Good luck on your project - but seriously, it takes a bit more than what you got there, and the information is available everywhere - so read up on it.
You need light, but also temperature and humidity within certain parameters, which I doubt that you have.
It'll be a really long time before anyone will be smoking anything from that set-up.
I'm thrilled with a small LED, sold on f.ex eBay, called the UFO. It's a few bucks, but now you can actually grow something, without having to do the whole Sodium Vapor type light set-up, and it also reduces all the problems with excessive heat.

I finally have noticed my first sprout out of the 3 seeds i have planted... i'm pretty excited about it.. i will post more pictures soon
