how's my grow so far?

Hello everyone I'm excited to say I'm 3 weeks into flowering. I have found out we have a Hermie. (I personally don't mind seeds because I wanna continue my hobby.) I have removed the sacks and has continued to grow. Now I'm just looking to see if I'm doing good so far.
