I'm kinda lazy and didn't follow your links however just from your description I'm thinking you'll be just fine.

Yeah they're not gonna stay in those solo cups for to long gonna transplant them here soon into some 3 gallon containers!!! On my next grow I'm gonna invest in a MH and HPS instead of just strictly HPS
