Hows this for a setup?

Hello there i plan on making my first setup, will be going off of scottyball's tek. wondering if this about right, mostly worried about ventilation/temps.

-Hydrofarm
- Grow tent 24Dx48Wx60H
-6" inline fan with carbon filter combo
-PPM meter
-Temp gauge
-Flora nova bloom
-400 watt HPS combo with rope ratchet
-Ducting
-Hydroton
-Fan speed controller
- Holy Grail Kush~DNA Genetics
-batwing/cooltube
-SCROG
I always feel like i forget something.

The tent im getting will only have 4" vents so i'll have to get reducers because i live in an apartment and would like to have a 6" in running at lower RPM's moving same amount of air and hopefully quieter. I am also curious how big a light that is for the size of tent, for temperature purposes? So im debating on getting a cooltube and just a little 6" fan for tent ventilation, i feel like the trickiest part of setting it up will be the fan and ducting. this is my first time doing this so im having a hard time deciding on what.

Im still picking a strain, looking for a good hybrid thats not terribly picky, has good yield, and would be the best for this setup.

Any advice fellas?

I will be using the hydrofarm/waterfarm from general hydroponics. I believe its a 2.5 gal but im not entirely sure, it also comes with the airpump and all other things it needs to run besides hydroton. I also plan on using distilled water because my tap has tons of chlorine and calcium, unless somewhere along the way i can afford an RO unit. Thank goodness i didn't have to build my own hydroponics

I decided to get a 6 inch inline fan probably hydofarm and separate carbon no deal. but i decided to use a 600 watt MH/HPS (i dont even know if they make 600 MH). im just going to use a passive intake, do you think my exhaust will work alright if im pulling air through the cooltube with no ducting on other side of cooltube using passive intake for my tent? my ducting will be about 6-7 feet will the hot air from the cool tube make my fan too hot?i want to make a stealth box or something for it. i know those things can take some heat but i dont know how much or how hot it will be in duct. Otherwise i feel confident in the amount of research and caution i've taken so far

What are your tent dimensions in . inches, feet, meter?
It is 24Dx48Wx60H in inches. I've been thinking about the heat but it gets frigid here in winter, and really hot in summer so i already have heftly AC. So i was mostly thinking if thats just overkill on the plant

Heat from the light will not damage the fan.....much. Extreme heat and cold can reduce the life of certain parts used to make stuff like fans. Using the fan to suck air through a row of lights will cause extra wear and tear. Use common sense. If you can avoid putting the fan close to AND pulling through the light, then do so.

If you have ambient temps that average ~60 degrees, the passive intake should be enough to keep the tent below 85 degrees.

If you doubt the ability to cool the tent, just get a dimmable 600 watt ballast and a cheap 600 watt HPS (don't worry about a MH bulb). I say cheap bulb because some people will tell you that dimming a bulb is bad (another wear and tear argument). But, fuck it. Buy cheap bulbs and dim them. You'll be able to crank it up to 600 watts or all the way down to 300 watts if you need to.

If you use the same bulb to veg and flower (which is totally ok) just buy a new one after every grow. It was cheap, so fuck it.

Hey thanks a lot that clears some stuff up, i think im clear to buy now

I was just thinking of something though, i live in dry climate %10 humidity. So i'll need a humidifier, i didn't think that to be a problem till i realized i'll have to be running A/C all the time
