Did a quick check and no info on that so if he did say that it must be for licensed grows and I'm sure he said he was using more watts of LEDs lol.

I scoured Google and was only able to find information from 2016 and possible bans.

But I couldn't find anything current.

Any talk like that is from dispensary growers trying to corner the market. Local fire departments can vouch that it's not effective for anything.
