Hps bulb only???

Aircooled hoods will move some ambient heat out of your room, but the real kicker is all the infra red heat a thouie throws out. You need plenty of clearance for those. Also remember that the light fixture is going to be hanging a bit lower than the roof so maybe you got 4-4,5' of actual clearance between the bottom of the light and the floor. Ad about 1' for the pot, you got 3-3,5' left. I just dont see how this is going to work. Maybe vertical or something. Best of luck.
 
End result/ product is what counts. Many of us have used hps full cycle, sometimes stretchy, lanky veg but who the fuck cares unless you're using it for moms, clones, etc...

Height restrictions will be a problem though..... hopefully indica doms, flip early or even now, supercropping is your friend.

I was using 4 4 ft t5 bulbs in a fixture for my veg room and just switched to a 400w hps. I've noticed much faster growth and the soil is drying faster. The more it dries, the bigger the roots get.

How many plants and grow room dimensions!? Think I may run my T5 a little longer
