Recently I ordered one of their "deal" 400w crappy looking light setup simply because I couldn't pass up a 400w system for $96. It took 5 days to recieve my package and they were (luckily) out of the probably crappy $96 system. Because of this they sent me a letter notifying me that I had been Upgraded. They sent me a 400w system that they have priced at $200 with no extra charge. Now that is a deal. Just thought I would send a shout out to them and let anyone interested in doing business with them know that I was treated much better than I would expect from most companies. Thanks again HTG

HTG has very good customer service. When my 400HPS bulb died I wasn't sure if it was that, I sent them an email asking, the guy replied saying they already sent another bulb free of charge! Excellent service, good company!

nice deal...good to hear something good about them...i've only really heard bar reviews. And NICE! what a deal...doubling the worth of your purchase..thats sweet!

i have gotten a couple of things from them and shipping seems pretty quick and overall good experience .. nice packing etc.. would order from them again

they did the same with me, ordered a $140 system, got a letter and a $200 system instead =D MH bulb went out 2 weeks later, called to ask if maybe I had done something to fuck it up and they sent me a new bulb, gratis! awesome company...

same here bought that same cheap system with both bulbs last week and they upgraded me due to they were sold out. Got the better system for the same price great deal. PROPS!!!!!!!
